Can I sell my product, and include "3m" tape as part of the package?
I created an item for sale. No glue needed damaging. So … I sell my article include "3m" the movie with her? I will start by selling at craft fairs, etc. I labeled includes 3m tape?
Depends on how you'll use "3m" If you mean that tape is 3 million, then you can use as is because it is descriptive, and you will want to differentiate the brand so you will not like piggybacking on their behalf. If you mean the 3M brand, and is included their product such as 3M brand tape, then you must properly notify them and see what their thoughts. Likely not give you a hard time about it, and since it is not license the brand probably is not even necessary, I just do not want to end up with is a problem if they do not want to use it after discovering you've been.
